We set up Florin Property Renovations because we wanted to do things properly. After working on building sites across Italy and the UK for over 25 years, we knew exactly what good work looks like — and what corners other builders cut. We wanted to offer Edinburgh homeowners something better: honest pricing, clean work, and results that actually last.

We do bathrooms, kitchens, tiling, plastering, painting, drylining — basically anything inside your home that needs sorting. Whether it's one room or the whole house, we treat every job the same way. We show up on time, keep things tidy, and we don't disappear halfway through.

What makes us different? We actually care about the prep work. A good finish starts way before the final coat of paint or the last tile goes down. We know Edinburgh properties inside out — the Georgian townhouses with their lime plaster, the tenement flats with dodgy plumbing, the new builds that look great but have paper-thin walls. We've worked in all of them and we know what each one needs.
